Top Ten Hottest Suburbs in NSW

Top Ten Properties NSW October Quarter 2013

Data provided today by realestate.com.au indicates the hottest suburbs in NSW  based on the demand for properties by buyers and investors. It provides a valuable insight into the NSW property market for the past quarter, one in which Infinity Property Agents has seen such tremendous growth.

Given the current market conditions and the recent decision by the Reserve Bank of Australia to maintain interest rates, it’s not surprising to see the focus turn to our primary suburbs. Freshwater moved into the top position for the first time, although it has sat in the top five for the last six months.  Newcomers to the list this quarter include: Thornleigh, Cherrybrook, Crows Nest, Winston Hills, Frenchs Forest and West Ryde

  1. Freshwater
  2. Stanmore
  3. Thornleigh
  4. Cherrybrook
  5. Pennant Hills
  6. Wollstonecraft
  7. Crows Nest

On the home turf, we are seeing tremendous growth in our core suburbs of Alexandria, North Sydney, Maroubra, Waterloo and Neutral Bay, NSW.
